The Yemeni Child Protection MADAR Organization seeks to support the right of children to education and health.
Throughout the Republic of Yemen, the organization strives to promote and advocate for the rights of the child in general, focusing on the “right of the child to protection” and his right to “participate” by expressing his opinion on all issues related to it.
The current strategic plan focuses on building a child-friendly environment that promotes the effective implementation of child rights concepts by building the capacity of those involved in the implementation of these rights and their constituents, and advocating efforts to change child rights practices and policies for the better.
general aims
• Contribute to building a healthy, physically, psychologically and mentally healthy generation capable of effective community participation to build the Yemeni nation.
• Raising community awareness towards a better understanding of the rights of the child, thereby strengthening community support and actively seeking to demonstrate these rights.
Special objectives
• Contribute to the advancement of children’s rights by raising public awareness, and through advocacy and lobbying to change policies and legislation that promote these rights.
• Contribute to creating a participatory environment that explores the voices of children to integrate them into all their issues.
• Research the current status of children’s rights in Yemen and establish an initial database of information to share and disseminate knowledge.
• Supporting children’s rights through capacity building and ensuring the commitment of those responsible for these rights, both at the level of individuals who are responsible for them and service providers or at the level of the relevant institutions.
• Contribute to building and strengthening the child protection system within the community, especially in the Yemeni school system.

تسعى منظمة مدار لرعاية وحماية الطفولة والتنمية اليمنية بشكل دائمٍ وواضحٍ بدعم حق الأطفال في التعليم والصحة.
في جميع
أنحاء الجمهورية اليمنية وتسعى المنظمة جاهدة و على رأس قائمة برامجها
وأنشطتها «الترويج لحقوق الطفل ومناصرتها» بشكل عام، مع التركيز على «حق
الطفل في الحماية» وحقه « في المشاركة» بالتعبير عن رأيه في مجمل القضايا
المتعلقة به.

لمفاهيم حقوق الطفل، من خلال بناء قدرات المعنيين بتطبيق هذه الحقوق
والقائمين عليها، ومناصرة الجهود الهادفة إلى تغيير الممارسات والسياسات
المتعلقة بحقوق الطفل إلى الأفضل.
الاهداف العامة
- الإسهام في بناء جيل صحيح بدنياً ونفسياً وعقلياً وقادر على المشاركة المجتمعية الفاعلة لبناء الوطن اليمني.
- توجيه الوعي المجتمعي نحو فهم أفضل لحقوق الطفل، ومن ثمة تعزيز الدعم المجتمعي والسعي الجاد لإثبات هذه الحقوق.
الاهداف الخاصة
- الإسهام في النهوض بحقوق الطفل من خلال رفع مستوى الوعي العام بها، ومن خلال الدعوة وكسب التآييد لتغيير السياسات والتشريعات المعززة لهذه الحقوق.
- الإسهام في خلق بيئة تشاركية تستكشف أصوات الأطفال لدمجها في كل قضاياهم.
- البحث في الوضع الحالي لحقوق الطفل في اليمن، وإنشاء قاعدة بيانات أولية للمعلومات تعمل على تبادل المعرفة ونشرها.
- دعم حقوق الطفل من خلال بناء القدرات وضمان التزام الجهات المسوؤلة بهذه الحقوق سواء على مستوى الأفراد ممن تقع على عاتقهم المسؤولية ومقدمي الخدمة أو على مستوى المؤسسات ذات العلاقة.
- الإسهام في بناء نظام حماية الطفل وتعزيزه داخل المجتمع، وخاصة في النظام المدرسي اليمني.
